This seminar, like every year, will be "uchideshi-type": There will be farm work associated with aikido training. Morning training will be outside and night training will be inside the dojo. There might be some night weapons classes. The classes will be 1:30h each. In the afternoon, the uchideshi may train by themselves. Students will sleep in the dojo or in tents. Everybody will cooperate on farm and dojo work and duties such as cleaning, cooking and agricultural activities. Bring: sleeping bag, dougui, tenugui, jo, bokken, tanken, shuriken, training shoes, insect repellent, swimming suit, sun protector.

Este Seminario, como cada año, será del tipo ¨uchideshi¨: Habrá trabajo en la Granja asociado con entrenamiento de Aikido. Los entrenamientos matutinos se realizarán a la intemperie y los nocturnos se harán dentro del Dojo. Podría haber alguna clases de armas por la noche. Las clases serán de 1:30 h de duración. Por la tarde, los uchideshis podrán entrenar libremente. Los estudiantes dormirán en el dojo ó en tiendas de campaña. Todos deberán cooperar en los trabajos de la Granja y del Dojo y en las tareas de limpieza, cocina y actividades agrícolas. Traer: saco de dormir, dogi, tenugi, jo, bokken, tanken, shuriken, calzado apropiado, repelente de insectos, bañador, protector solar.
